Caring Connections for Seniors facilitates Chicago-area seniors' access to and participation in the life of the community by bringing them together: (1) with volunteers who provide friendly visits, telephone contact and assistance with transportation and errands; (2) with each other in groups organized around shared interests and concerns; and (3) with other community resources and programs.
